Bayview Facilities
The pool, spa, tennis court, sauna and BBQ area are for the exclusive use of our in-house guests.
Any invited friends, who have been given permission by the Managers, must be supervised by and remains the responsibility of the in-house guest. During busy times permission may be refused so that Bayview holiday guests can enjoy the facilities they are entitled to.
Swimming Pool & Heated Spa:
Hours of use are 7.00am – 8.00pm Qld time.
Please rinse off sand before entering the pool and spa.
The spa is located by the swimming pool. Do not press the emergency stop button unless it is an emergency.
Pressing the emergency stop button turns off the heat pump = cold spa!!!
Children should be supervised at all times.
Tennis:
During busy periods, a booking sheet for the tennis court will be available at Reception. The schedule for the following day is available after 4.00pm. If you book a time-slot but choose not to use it, please erase your name so that others are able to book. If there are a number of friends staying in different apartments, please restrict the number of hours that you book. ie: do not book the whole morning or afternoon, every day.
The tennis court is for tennis only. No other balls permitted on the synthetic surface.
Complimentary use of tennis rackets and balls is available and are located downstairs in the storage cage near the sauna.
Sauna:
The Sauna is located in the basement next to the showers/toilet area. It is a dry Sauna so please follow the operating instruction when using. Children should not use the Sauna without being accompanied by an Adult.
Table Tennis:
Available in the Games Room with complimentary use of equipment.

Reception is open from 9am – 3pm Monday to Friday and 10am – 2pm Saturday
If the office is unattended, please dial 9 from your apartment and leave a message. Your call will be returned at the first available opportunity.
If the matter relates to a building emergency, contact us on 0432 267 751. For all other emergencies, dial 000.
