With ocean views across the water to Surfers Paradise and the northern Gold Coast the balconies are an ideal vantage point to Whale watch during the migration season (May to October).
Bayview Apartments face north towards Surfers Paradise and the bedrooms face the South Coast so the apartments have good cross breeze from the front and rear. The bedrooms also have either a pedestal fan, box fan or ceiling fans.
